The molding line mainly consists of a molding area, a core loading flask closing area, a pouring area, a cooling area and a sand falling area. The process equipment includes a static pressure molding main machine, a full set of auxiliary machines, a mold conveyor, an electric control hydraulic system, a flask, a template frame, etc.
The static pressure molding machine mainly includes a lifting workbench, a blowing pre-compaction device, a multi-contact compaction device, a shutter type sanding device, a molding plate rotating device and an upper frame moving device, etc., to complete the procedures of quantitative sanding, molding, mold lifting and template conversion.
The auxiliary machines of the molding line are mainly equipped with a flask stabbing machine, a flask splitting machine, a flask lifting machine, a flask dropping machine, a flask moving machine, a flask turning machine, a cleaning machine, a flask closing machine, a flask tightening and loosening device, an air hole drilling device, a gate milling device, etc., to complete the auxiliary processes of the whole line.
The mold conveyor is mainly equipped with a transfer car, a transfer push rod, a buffer push rod, a trolley and a positioning device, which are used for automatic transportation of the mold.
The control system is equipped with an engineer station, an operation master station and a number of slave stations beside the machine, which are respectively equipped with a human-machine interface. Industrial control computer, numerical control, PLC field bus, servo, proportional valve, variable frequency speed regulation, automatic detection and computer monitoring and other advanced technology are adopted. The key elements are imported brands.
The pouring system can be completed by the automatic (semi-automatic) pouring machine.
The ventilation and dust removal system is mainly used for the ventilation and dust removal in the pouring section and cooling section.
