The static pressure molding machine mainly includes a lifting workbench, a blowing pre-compactiondevice, a multi-contact compaction device, a shutter type sanding device, a molding plate rotatingdevice and an upper frame moving device, etc., to complete the procedures of quantitative sanding.molding, mold lifting and template conversion.
The auxiliary machines of the molding line are mainly equipped with a flask stabbing machine, a flaskparting machine, a flask lifting machine, a flask dropping machine, a flask moving machine, a flaskturning machine, a cleaning machine, a flask closing machine, a flask tightening and loosening devicean air hole driling device, a gate miling device, etc., to complete the auxiliary processes of the wholeline.
